She created curateEAT out of a love to bring new food experiences to Melburnians. Sharlee founded Fully Booked a social community for women in the food and drinks industry that aims to foster support, recognition and collaboration between women in the industry.

I teamed up with my husband and chef Matt Wilkinson to write Mr and Mrs Wilkinson’s How it is at Home (Hardie Grant), a behind-the-scenes-cookbook, showing what really goes on at our dinner table.
There are over 100 seasonal, fuss-free, nutritious and creative recipes for when our two hooligans – Finn and Jay – are running a-muck, work’s crazy or friends are coming over for a last minute shindig. Ya know, just a normal day.
